This project was developed to explore how music influences emotional states over time through short listening and reflection phases. The experience guides users through a 6–7 minute session combining music, silence, and mood tracking.
By interacting with audio clips and emotional sliders, users become more aware of how their feelings shift in response to sound and silence, supporting intentional and reflective engagement with music.
Did you know? Music affects mood by activating brain systems related to emotion, memory, and arousal. Developing awareness of these effects helps people use music consciously as a self-regulation tool.
