Designed courses and co-eveloped the mission, learning concept for a future university.

Over the past year, I have been actively involved in the foundational development of the Scheer School of Digital Sciences at Saarland University, an upcoming institution dedicated to strengthening future-relevant job profiles in Saarland.

Key Contributions:

  • Co-creation of Mission, Vision, and Values:
    Collaborated with stakeholders to define the initial mission, vision, and values, ensuring alignment with goals of digital innovation, academic transformation, and regional economic development.

  • Instructional Design & Course development:
    Designed and developed courses from conception to delivery, working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME). Used various tools, including graphic, audio, and video editors, Adobe Captivate and AI-supported solutions to create engaging and interactive content.

  • Focus on AI, Management and Strategy topics:
    So far,the educational materials from the Scheer School cover topics related to AI, management and strategy.

  • Development of Initial Learning Concepts:
    Conducted benchmarking and researched similar institutions to inform the creation of a comprehensive learning concept. Contributed to designing a learning framework aimed at equipping future students with cutting-edge digital skills and knowledge to meet the needs of Saarland’s economy.

  • Collaborative Approach:
    Engaged in teamwork and collaboration with academic leaders and fellow creators to ensure a holistic and forward-thinking approach to the school’s development.
