Over the last two years, I have helped build the Scheer School of Digital Sciences from the ground up. My role evolved from early-stage setup and team formation into a dedicated Instructional Designer position focused on translating strategy into learner-centered programs.

The school’s mission is to prepare students for future-relevant digital careers in Saarland, and my work has focused on turning that ambition into concrete structures, learning experiences, and scalable processes.

Key Contributions

  • Co-creation of Mission, Vision, and Values:
Co-developed the foundational direction with leadership and stakeholders, aligning educational goals with digital innovation and regional impact.

  • Learning Concept and Instructional Design:
Benchmarked comparable institutions and designed learning frameworks that connect academic quality with practical, future-facing skill development.

  • Student Management Lifecycle:
Shaped core journey processes across recruitment, enrollment, progression, graduation, and alumni engagement.

  • Team and Process Building:
Helped establish collaboration structures, working models, and cross-functional routines during the school’s formative phase.
