Over the last two years, I have helped build the Scheer School of Digital Sciences from the ground up. My role evolved from early-stage setup and team formation into a dedicated Instructional Designer position focused on translating strategy into learner-centered programs.
The school’s mission is to prepare students for future-relevant digital careers in Saarland, and my work has focused on turning that ambition into concrete structures, learning experiences, and scalable processes.
